Regina Jiron
BeadJewelryShopgirl
Regina is a self-admitted compulsive beader. She finds creative satisfaction in
crafting beadwoven pieces, stitching them into artistic treasures to adorn the
body. A quote from her favorite painter, Van Gogh, sums Regina's artistic
approach: "Great things are done by a series of small things brought together."
Regina's jewelry has been featured in WickedlyChic.com, CraftRevolution.com,
Belle Armoire and Step by Step Beads magazines. Her designs are also
featured in 1000 Jewelry Inspirations (Quarry Books, June 2008).
Regina is also a featured artist in the annual holiday show organized by the
National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, D.C. showcasing the work
by a select group of women artisans and designers. She was selected New Wave
Craft Artists by the American Craft Council in its 2008 Baltimore Arts & Crafts
show.
